Over Labor Day weekend 2015 we made history at the Lime Rock Historics. We brought seven Arnolt Bristols together for the weekend, the largest number of these amazing cars that have been in the same place at the same time since their racing heyday of the early 1960’s.
From near and far (Indiana, California, Vermont, Kentucky, Connecticut) they came to participate in an incredibly fun event. Guest of honor was Michael Arnolt, son of mastermind designer and builder Stanley “Wacky” Arnolt.
Our cars were given the honor of leading the “Race Car Parade”; a 17 mile rally of over 90 vintage cars from Lime Rock to Falls Village, CT. We were also given our own concours class in the “Sunday In The Park” concours… truly a world class event.
We also organized our own Arnolt Bristol only rally… a two hour cruise on gorgeous New England roads, topped off by a wonderful lunch prepared especially for us by the Falls Village Inn.
To top it off, Wayne Carini of “Chasing Classic Cars” fame filmed our group for several hours. So, look for us on one of his fall 2015 episodes!
