We are thrilled to present this coveted last year of production, exquisitely restored 356A Speedster. The work was performed in California about 25 years ago on a rust free Arizona car, and it still shows as absolutely mint in every detail. This great Speedster has been in a very exclusive private collection here in Connecticut for the last 20 years where it has been beautifully maintained and has always been kept in a temperature-controlled environment. The car has benefitted from a very recent, well documented, top to bottom engine rebuild by Jim Newton’s acclaimed Porsche shop, Automobile Associates of Canton in Canton, CT. It was upgraded to 1720cc so power is now rated at a very healthy 90 horsepower, making it a real joy to drive. The body is razor straight, panel fit is perfect, paint is gorgeous, the interior is immaculate and mechanicals are flawless. It’s truly turn key and ready to go.
